Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently, providing updates and feedback as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.

Required Skills

* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex customer issues.
