Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Issuing, reissuing, and refunding passenger tickets, as well as booking, ticketing, and confirming flight reservations
  • Assisting passengers with self-service kiosk check-in and kiosk baggage processing at ticket counters
  • Clearing and verifying international documents at kiosks in the ticket counter area and activation stations
  • Accepting and activating passengers' self-tagged bags at activation stations
  • Providing quality customer service in a professional manner and in accordance with arenaflex's guidelines
  • Responding to and assisting passengers during security and/or emergency situations
  • Following the company's rules, procedures, and standards for performance
  • Following government regulations (such as DOT, FAA, and TSA), completing job-related training, utilizing multiple internal resources and systems, and adhering to company policy regarding uniforms

Additional Responsibilities (dependent on airport size)

* Assisting international passengers through customs and immigration, including baggage recheck

  • Delivering boarding passes, international flight documents, and customs/immigration forms

You'll need for success

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED or international equivalent
  • Bilingual language skills required in some locations
  • A valid driver's license as required by local authorities
  • The ability to pass FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
  • The ability to secure travel documents, as required
