Job Description

As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers through live chat interactions. Your primary goal will be to assist customers in resolving their inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a live chat or call center environment.

  • Proficient in typing and using chat support software.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
