Job Description
As a Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and complete information to customers about products and services, resolving customer complaints and issues with patience and effectiveness, and documenting interactions and maintaining customer records. You will also participate in ongoing training and development sessions to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and effectiveness
- Escalate complex issues to higher management when necessary
- Document interactions and maintain customer records
- Strive to meet or exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions
Requirements
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude toward customer issues
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies
Essential Qualifications
