Job Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues, and collaborate with external partners to ensure seamless customer interactions. This is a hybrid role that requires occasional on-site work in our downtown office, with the majority of your time spent working from home.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze and generate insights from customer feedback and data to inform business decisions and improve customer experiences
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Schedule and maintain trending reports and metrics for key business stakeholders
- Extract data from various sources to support analysis and modeling, and complete ad-hoc reporting and data analysis
- Manage and collaborate with third-party analytics systems to ensure output aligns with strategic objectives
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or customer service
- At least four years of experience in an analytical position, with a focus on customer service, data analysis, or a related field
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to develop sound insights across multiple data sources
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to extract insights from data and develop recommendations for business improvement
- Experience with quantitative analysis tools and querying relational databases (SQL, SAS, R)
- Ability to prepare executive-level presentations and communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong initiative, self-motivation, and a sense of urgency are essential for success in this role
What Will Help You Stand Out
* Master's degree in a relevant field
- Strong experience in survey design and management
- Call recording and text analytics experience
- Experience with Tableau, Spotfire, or other visualization tools
- Machine learning or predictive forecasting experience
Compensation and Benefits
