Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations by analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing insights that inform business decisions. You will work closely with our data science team to design and implement data-driven solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Execute solutions for business issues using data analysis, data mining, streamlining tools, statistical modeling, and AI methods

• Continuously develop and exhibit improved investigation strategies
• Possess skills and be comfortable with possessing data and working from idea through to execution
• Identify a business issue and the available data and determine what analysis and modeling procedures can be applied to answer a business question
• Work on local conditions and conditions. Expat tasks and sponsorship for business visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be granted. This position is for arenaflex Business Services Pvt. Ltd - a fully owned subsidiary of arenaflex Inc.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Math, Statistics, Operations Research, or MBA

• At least 2+ years of experience in data analysis/AI
• Demonstrated comfort and academic interest in working with extremely large sets of data, and proficiency in predictive modeling
• Strong knowledge of one or both R or Python
• Familiarity with controlling and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from various sources to highlight patterns and relationships
• Understanding of how and when to apply predictive and AI procedures like logistic regression, random forests, GBM, Brain Nets, SVM, etc.
• Ability to use data set querying tools and be able to write complex queries and techniques using Teradata SQL or possibly Microsoft TSQL
• Hands-on experience in using Large Data environments (Hadoop/Flash), API Gateways, and non-structured data will be an added advantage
• Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis and calculations in a clear, accurate, and compelling way
• Show written and spoken English proficiency
• Around 4 months and a half of travel to US in a year
• Should be legally authorized to work in India for any business without sponsorship
• Successful completion of interview expected to meet work capability
• Reliable, consistent attendance is a fundamental requirement of the position
• Should be conversant in English and Hindi (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

* Graduate degree in a quantitative field like Math, Statistics, Operations Research, or MBA

• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience with machine learning libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
