Responsibilities

As a Teleperformance Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Fielding Customer Inquiries: Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
  • Calmly Resolving Issues: Attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise.
  • Escalating Interactions: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
  • Responding to Requests: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
  • Tracking Call Information: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Providing Feedback: Provide feedback on call issues.
  • Upselling: Upsell if required.

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Ability to Work Remotely: Ability to work in a virtual team environment.
  • Customer Service Experience: 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
  • Age: Over 18 years of age.
  • Typing Speed: Ability to type 25 wpm.
  • Education: High School Graduate or GED.
  • Computer Skills: Comfort with desktop computer systems, logical problem-solving skills, and ability to navigate Windows operating systems.
  • Organization and Prioritization: Organization and work prioritization skills.

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless remote work experience, you'll need:

  • Internet Connection Requirements: Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps, minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps, ISP must have no packet loss, and ping under 50ms.
  • Proof of Internet Speed: Proof of internet speed required.
