Job Summary

As a Technical Support and Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and customer care services to our clients, including troubleshooting technical issues, resolving customer complaints, and providing product information. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and support, and that their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical support and customer care services to clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Troubleshoot technical issues, including hardware, software, and networking problems
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and training to clients as needed
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and support
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer experience and business performance
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Essential Functions and Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED required; at least 18 years of age

  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic and routine customer issues
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
  • Dependable and flexible to rotate shifts, as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a technical support or customer care role

  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Experience with troubleshooting technical issues, including hardware, software, and networking problems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
