Job Summary

As a Technical Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for managing calls on our inbound and outbound programs, providing product and service information, resolving technical issues, and assisting callers with various client requests. You'll be the face of our clients, and your exceptional communication skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

* Manage all calls in a timely manner, ensuring that customers receive prompt and effective support

  • Identify caller's needs and provide call resolution, either by resolving the issue directly or escalating it to a supervisor
  • Provide customers with product and service information, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of our clients' offerings
  • Document call information according to standard operating procedures, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication between teams
  • Maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and updates
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, ensuring that problems are addressed promptly and effectively
  • Maintain Quality Assurance Standards, adhering to our clients' quality expectations and ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including cross-training into multiple programs as needed

Requirements

* 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or technical support environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple calls and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate complex software systems and technical tools
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Experience working in a call center or technical support environment
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
