Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement visually appealing store displays, fixtures, and visual merchandising strategies that drive sales and brand awareness
- Collaborate with store leaders, visual merchandising teams, and other stakeholders to develop and execute visual merchandising plans
- Conduct visual audits to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the customer experience
- Develop and maintain visual merchandising standards, guidelines, and best practices
- Provide training and coaching to store teams on visual merchandising principles and practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform visual merchandising decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute in-store events, promotions, and activations
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform visual merchandising decisions and optimize store displays
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to source materials, fixtures, and equipment
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in visual merchandising, marketing, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail, or related field
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles, practices, and industry trends
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in visual merchandising, marketing, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail, or related field
- Experience with visual merchandising software and technology
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, supply chain, and logistics
- Experience with data analysis and interpretation, including sales data and customer feedback
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with ability to train and develop store teams
