Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers at the ticket counter, baggage claim, and other areas of the airport. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our passengers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have

  • Handle customer transactions, including checking in passengers, processing payments, and issuing tickets
  • Work with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience, from check-in to boarding
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including customer feedback and complaints
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve our customer service goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to type or use a computer keyboard with adequate speed and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience working in a call center or retail environment
  • Knowledge of airline operations and procedures
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
