Job Description:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide friendly and courteous assistance to customers, both in-person and over the phone
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless customer service
- Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
- Meet or exceed performance standards and goals
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, hospitality, communications)
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in using computer software and hardware, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to type at least 40 wpm and use a computer keyboard with accuracy and speed
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the airline industry or a related field
- Knowledge of airline operations, policies, and procedures
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Certification in customer service or a related field
