What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Obtain patient demographics, insurance information, and source of referral to register new patients in the system
• Handle all scheduling requests in accordance with physician and authorization protocols
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures set forth by the employer
• Confirm and update patient information from prior visits as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment
• Experience in registration, scheduling, and healthcare benefits is helpful
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and handle high call volumes

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in a call center environment
• Familiarity with Windows-based computer systems and typing skills
