Marketing Coordinator, Content & Distribution
Job Description:
- Write original content for blog, email, Substack, social, and community platforms
- Distribute and natively format content across Reddit, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Substack
- Engage in comments, communities, and conversations on behalf of the brand
- Edit short-form video clips and platform-specific cuts when needed (full design and production sits with our agency)
- Build and maintain the monthly and quarterly content calendar
- Keep paid channel creative fresh and planned at least one month in advance, so nothing goes stale and nothing ships last-minute
- Coordinate projects across our external design and video agency and internal departments
- Manage and organize the asset library so the team can find what they need without asking twice
- Schedule meetings, prep agendas, and keep stakeholders aligned and moving
- Pull weekly and monthly performance reports from Google Analytics, PowerBI, and platform-native tools
- Own and coordinate A/B testing with our SEM manager, from hypothesis through readout and next-step recommendations
- Translate numbers into clear insights and next-action recommendations for the CMO
- Track campaign performance against goals and flag what's working, what isn't, and why
- Build and maintain AI workflows that reduce manual work across the marketing function
- Help the team level up its AI fluency over time
Requirements:
- 3+ years in a marketing, content, or coordinator role required (strong generalists welcome if your AI fluency is real)
- Hands-on, daily experience with either Claude (preferred) or ChatGPT including projects, custom instructions, and document workflows required
- Working proficiency in ClickUp, Google Analytics (GA4), PowerBI, and Figma required
- Strong writer with range, comfortable shifting from a long form post or article to writing short form copy or punchy caption required
- Comfort distributing and engaging across multiple platforms, with a real sense for how each one rewards different content required
- Light video editing chops for short-form cuts and platform-specific edits required
- High ownership and follow-through, especially in a remote, async-leaning environment required
- Experience publishing on Substack (preferred)
- Familiarity with Reddit communities, etiquette, and what does and doesn't land there (preferred)
- Zapier, Make, or comparable automation experience (preferred)
- Background in fintech, automotive, lending, or consumer finance (preferred)
