Manager, Learning Management Systems
Description:
- Own and manage the internal and external LMS platforms, along with related CMS, certification, badging, and future solutions.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define the strategy and roadmap for business process and technology platforms.
- Design and maintain LMS architecture and ensure seamless integrations with the broader business applications ecosystem.
- Work with cross-functional business and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into solution designs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop scalable, user-centric solutions aligned to business objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships across LMS, CMS, certification, and other technology providers.
- Evaluate new and existing vendors to support effective partnerships and platform performance.
- Support end-to-end business processes for learning, enablement, and certification management.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience managing enterprise business applications.
- 5+ years of experience managing Learning Management Systems and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes for enablement, learning management, and certification management.
- Experience in systems architecture, integration, solution design, and SSO authentication for LMS platforms.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms such as Cornerstone, Litmos, and Skilljar.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Mediafly, certification platforms such as Pearson Vue, gamification systems such as Credly, and data platforms such as Snowflake and Tableau.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Hands-on ability and willingness to administer LMS platforms as an individual contributor (preferred).
- Proven experience in vendor management and contract negotiations (preferred).
- Experience delivering AI-enabled workflows using native LMS capabilities or advanced AI tools (preferred).
- Ability to work remotely within the United States, with preference for candidates near the San Jose, CA office and available for a hybrid schedule of three days onsite per week.
