The salary range presented is a for TOTAL compensation range with, $55,000 as your base and if you meet the targets, you can make up to $110,000, per year. The company provides a stipend for cellular phone and internet costs, with mileage paid for travel. This position allows you to work remotely. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts and driving sales growth across specific industries and defined markets. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in outside sales, client service and business development, with a focus on B2B industrial sales and territory management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in industrial sales with knowledge in technical materials, CRM software and customer service, to expand our markets and company presence and build and manage lasting client relationships. If you can meet the attributes and duties listed below, we want to speak with you! Experience B2B industrial sales or procurement. Metals, recycling, waste management, or manufacturing sectors preferred. Track record of multi-stakeholder, technical sales cycles. Experience in lead generation, cold calling, direct sales, inside sales, or territory sales. Technical Knowledge Comfortable discussing materials composition, electronic and associated materials recycling processes, and logistics. Ability to learn HPMS (Hydrogen Processing of Magnetic Scrap) technology positioning quickly. Must be technically credible in one of the sectors below. Sector Familiarity Prior relationships in any of the target verticals: Hospital medical equipment including MRI systems, e-mobility (e-bikes, e-scooters, golf carts), Magnetic separation equipment for food, mining and recycling industries, Robotics, Wind turbines, Automotive including its supply Chain, Electrical and electronic equipment manufacturing especially motors, OEM secondary resale platforms, the ITAD sector, Automotive salvage, among other sectors, is a significant hiring advantage. Having a contact list in one vertical accelerates the hiring pipeline. Activities and Tasks A B2B industrial procurement agent’s work includes outbound calling, proposal writing, site visits, contract negotiation, CRM administration, internal meetings, and travel, among other tasks and activities. Sales efforts may include establishing contacts within the target company’s legacy electronic assets or e-scrap.
Compensation
Base plus performance incentive tied to signed spot and contract volume (quarterly, annual, multi-annual committed and delivered). Not commission-only — these are long sales cycles and need patient, relationship-focused agents, not those experienced in transactional sales only. To repeat, the salary range presented is a for TOTAL compensation range with, $55,000 as your base and if you meet the targets, you can make up to $110,000 (or more depending on your efforts), per year. This is a remote position, with the company providing a stipend for cellular phone and internet costs, with mileage paid for travel. CRM Discipline Rigorous use of the company’s CRM system. Every call logged, every interaction tracked. Pipeline visibility is essential for management reporting and forecasting.
