The Role: As a Closer at High Performance Health Program, you will be the critical link between our qualified leads and the life-changing transformation our program delivers. You'll conduct high-quality discovery and strategy calls, connect with prospective clients on a deep level, and close them into our executive health coaching program. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role. You'll be given qualified leads, a proven process, and the support to perform, but you will own your results completely. • You have a background in fitness, health coaching, or personal training — you understand what real transformation looks like
• You are a proven closer with high-ticket sales experience ($4,000+) in the fitness or health space
• You have experience working in remote sales using CRM's and online appointment software like zoom
• You take complete ownership of your numbers, no excuses, no blame
• You thrive on competition and being measured against other high performers
• You are coachable and committed to improving your craft week over week
• You understand the mindset of high performers, you've worked with them, coached them, or are one yourself

What We Expect: Responsibilities:

• Conduct discovery and strategy calls with qualified leads provided by the Company
• Present our program accurately and close eligible clients
• Perform pre-call reminders (SMS/email) and thorough post-call follow-ups
• Maintain accurate, detailed CRM records after every interaction (90%+ accuracy required)
• Update your payment tracker and submit to the Head of Sales before month-end
• Show up to optional daily team training (8:30am EST) and 1:1 coaching sessions
• Do up t 2 hours of outbound dials daily with gaps in schedule or during no shows

Results:

• Ranked monthly by Revenue Collected per Call ($/Call), top performers get first access to new leads
• CRM accuracy below 90% results in automatic demotion to lowest lead-priority tier the following month
• You are expected to produce, this is a performance-based role and results matter
• Minimum 30% close rate
• Minimum 20 deals per month

Requirements:

• Background in fitness sales, health coaching, or personal training is required
• A recognised fitness or personal training qualification is strongly preferred (e.g. NASM, ACE, ISSA, REPS, or equivalent)
• Proven experience closing high-ticket offers ($4,000+) over the phone or video
• Exceptional communicator, you can build trust and create urgency without pressure tactics
• Self-managed and disciplined, you set your own schedule and you deliver
• CRM-proficient and detail-oriented with admin responsibilities
• Availability during U.S. Eastern / Central time zones
• Open to feedback, fast iteration, and continuous improvement

Day To Day:

• You will be expected to be available for 9 inbound appointments daily
• We aim for 70-80% calendar utilisation
• Show up rate is in the range of 45-55%
• On these numbers you can expect to sit for around 60 calls per month on average
• During no shows and gaps you will be expected to outbound and work your pipeline for up to 2hrs per day
• You will receive daily training on objection handling and scripting
• You'll have 1-2 call reviews per week with our founder Andrew
• You'll train with other closers off call to sharpen objection handling and drill scripting

Leads

• All leads are inbound from paid advertising on LinkedIn, Organic LinkedIn Content, YouTube or Email Marketing
• They are booked by the setting team - We currently have 5 appointment setters

Location:

• Fully remote
• Must maintain reasonable availability during U.S. hours

Compensation:

• Independent Contractor role (1099)
• Commission only role
• 9% commission on all front-end program revenue you close and collect
• Performance bonuses: +1% on all revenue when you hit $50k/month collected; +1.75% on all revenue at $80k+/month (uncapped)
• Example Commissions : $45,000 collected = $4,050 (9%) | $70,000 collected = $7,000 (10%) | $80,000 collected = $8,600 (10.75%)
• Paid on the first Monday of each month for the prior month's earnings
• OTE: $60,000–$110,000+ depending on your performance
• Commision is uncapped
