Lead Sports Performance Coach
Join a premier athletic development organization as a Lead Sports Performance Coach, working entirely remotely to empower athletes across various disciplines. This fully remote role is based out of

, but allows you to connect with and guide athletes nationwide. You will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive, science-based training programs focused on enhancing athletic performance, preventing injuries, and optimizing physical conditioning. The ideal candidate is a certified professional with a deep understanding of biomechanics, exercise physiology, and sport-specific training methodologies. You will leverage technology to deliver personalized coaching, monitor athlete progress, and foster a culture of excellence. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and oversee individualized and group sports performance training programs for athletes of all levels. Utilize remote coaching platforms and technologies to deliver training sessions, provide feedback, and track athlete progress. Conduct virtual assessments of athletes' physical capabilities, including strength, speed, agility, and endurance. Design periodized training plans tailored to the specific demands of various sports and individual athlete goals. Educate athletes on proper training techniques, injury prevention strategies, nutrition, and recovery protocols. Collaborate with athletes, parents, and other sport professionals to establish comprehensive development plans. Maintain detailed records of athlete performance, progress, and training adherence. Stay current with the latest research and best practices in sports science, exercise physiology, and performance enhancement. Foster a positive and motivating training environment, promoting discipline, resilience, and sportsmanship. Contribute to the development of new training methodologies and program offerings. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or a related field. Certification from a recognized strength and conditioning organization (e.g., CSCS, SCCC). Minimum of 5 years of experience in coaching sports performance, with a proven track record of athlete development. Demonstrated experience and comfort with remote coaching technologies and platforms. In-depth knowledge of biomechanics, exercise physiology, strength training principles, and conditioning techniques. Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and translate performance metrics into actionable training insights. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple athletes and programs remotely.
