Founding Regulation Specialist (Occupational Therapist)

Role Description This is a contract, remote position for a Founding Regulation Specialist (Occupational Therapist). In this role, you will collaborate to shape regulation-first practices, integrating them into NeuroBloom’s digital platform and ecosystem resources. Responsibilities include developing therapy-informed content, consulting on sensory and regulation strategies, co-creating collaborative solutions with interdisciplinary teams, and providing ongoing support for product iterations. The Specialist will work closely with caregivers, educators, and clinicians to ensure that the tools are accessible, evidence-based, and impactful for neurodivergent individuals with high support needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in Occupational Therapy, including expertise in sensory and regulation strategies
- Knowledge of Pediatrics and a strong understanding of working with neurodivergent populations
- Proficiency in Communication and familiarity with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems
- Understanding of Rehabilitation and interdisciplinary therapeutic approaches
- Strong collaborative skills with the ability to effectively partner with caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
- Licensure or certification in Occupational Therapy
- Experience with digital tools or platforms is a plus
- Passion for neuroaffirming, human-centered, and innovative approaches to care
