Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and personalized home care to clients.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse.
- Foster an atmosphere that assists clients with a feeling of purpose and dignity.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to enhance clients' overall well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Prepare nutritious home-cooked meals following the care plan and client requests.
- Ensure medication management when required.
- Organize and provide transportation to doctor's appointments, outings, and errands using your own reliable vehicle.
- Build trust with clients and their families.
