Responsibilities
- Review, approve, or remove posts and comments according to moderation guidelines
- Apply moderation actions using established macros and documentation
- Moderate content primarily on forums, with limited Reddit coverage
- Handle modmail by directing users to official support channels when needed
- Escalate issues appropriately following internal procedures
- Maintain a calm, empathetic, and technically accurate tone at all times Skills
- Genuine interest in computer hardware and consumer technology
- Practical, hands-on Linux experience with at least two different Linux distributions
- Comfort moderating content in forums and Reddit communities
- Ability to follow documentation closely and work independently
- Reliable availability during after-hours and weekend shifts
- Experience moderating technical or enthusiast communities
- Familiarity with logistics, OS-related, or hardware troubleshooting discussions
- Prior experience using moderation tools, macros, or rule-based workflows Company Overview
