At Unicap FZECO, we specialize in Marketing across various platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, Twitter, and Dating Apps. Our pace is as fast as the platforms we navigate, and we need a visionary to lead us through the ever-changing digital landscape. The other segment is all about monetizing Only Fans pages, a realm that includes recruiting and managing a growing team of employees. With an average of three employees per account and plans to expand to a thousand employees next year, this is no small feat. Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain the CRM, including data scraping and visualization to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide a high-level yet effective overview of employee data.
- Improve processes and workflows.
- Adapt to rapid changes in our fast-paced business environment.
Requirements: To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- A graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a relevant field.
- Over 3 years of experience in building analytics platforms and machine learning models.
- Expertise in SQL, Python, and statistical analysis.
- Knowledge of tracking tools like Google Analytics, Segment, Mix panel.
- Proficiency in Power BI dashboard design and business intelligence concepts.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills.
- The ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to founders and the team.
- A passion for translating data into measurable business impact.
Tech Stack:
- Languages: Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MSSQL, NoSQL.
- Frameworks: Django, Flask, Fast API, Vue/React.
The following technical qualifications are essential:
- Monitoring KPIs and managing customer support chats.
- Fluent speaking in English and Russian.
- Proven track record of leading teams preferred
