Key Responsibilities:

* Manage direct messages from potential customers on the arenaflex TikTok account, using pre-prepared responses to common queries

  • Provide top-notch customer support via live chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work independently, using your own initiative and judgment to resolve customer issues and provide support
  • Follow provided steps and instructions closely, ensuring that customer interactions are consistent and high-quality
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications:

* A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • Ability to work independently, using your own initiative and judgment to resolve customer issues and provide support
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • Reliable internet connection
  • 10+ hours availability per week

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer support or a related field

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and customer interactions
