The Role
As a Sales Representative / Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers, answering their queries, and providing them with exceptional service. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound calls from customers and booking jobs
- Answering general questions about products or policies
- Providing information on products/services or policies
- Explaining the details of policies to customers
- Speaking clearly and precisely on the phone
- Listening to customers' needs and providing the appropriate solution
- Outputting large quantities of information
- Making outbound calls to customers to resolve complaints
