Job Summary
As a Full Stack Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat, email, and phone. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and support through live chat, email, and phone
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their queries in a timely and professional manner
- Address customer concerns and complaints in a calm and respectful manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience (previous experience in a live chat or call center environment is an asset)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone/tablet/laptop)
- Availability to work a minimum of 5 hours per week (up to 40 hours per week)
