Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat support. You'll work independently, handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Communicate with customers, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to provide excellent customer service
- Schedule appointments and obtain necessary patient information
- Work independently with little to no supervision on goal-oriented projects and tasks
- Adapt to changes and modifications in procedures and policies
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt to changes and modifications in procedures and policies
- Proficiency in using a PC with Windows 10 or above, internet connection, and a quiet workspace
- Availability to work a 40-hour shift, including day shifts
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience in a call center or related field
- Experience working with medical professionals and patients
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
