Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and highly skilled Remote Data Entry Clerk / Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations. If you're a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Place outbound customer contacts, follow-up emails to customers, and respond to basic inquiries
  • Update and maintain customer call data source, including improving and following up on customer support logs and all customer profiles
  • Manage support; profile page creation/updating
  • Filing, Information access, and Document production
  • Create and update customer service issue tickets
  • Support in the preparation of all correspondence associated with the customer assistance process and manage unique management ventures, in addition to overflow work from teams including word-processing, data entry, and Internet research jobs
  • Manage the company's lobby area: Greet and direct all visitors, merchants, clients, work applicants, and customers. Straight and seat all visitors to their appointed offices and conference room and alert staff members of their arrival/appointment
  • General office roles feature but are not limited to submitting, data access, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and task job
  • Responsible for checking out supply products

Essential Qualifications:

  • Work Remotely
  • MS Office Suite proficient
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to follow guidelines and company policies to perform essential work functions
  • Demonstrated analytical capabilities
  • Energetic and focused with the skills to multi-task and prioritize requests
  • Higher interest to particular and sturdy organizational skills are required
  • Problem-solving capacities; lively, centered, and capable to multitask
