Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. Your primary duties will include:

  • Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
  • Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions
  • Providing a high-level of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
  • Managing through multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
  • Basic typing skills
  • Strong customer service and written skills
  • Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with multiple systems, programs, and screens
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Application and Certification Process

To become a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to complete the following steps:

  • Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background and credit check
  • Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor
  • View our background and credit check requirements here
  • Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
  • Complete a W9 form
  • Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program

Program Metrics Requirements

Some programs may require Independent Contractors who choose to participate in these opportunities to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility.

Availability

As an Independent Contractor, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work arrangements. You'll be able to self-schedule in 30-minute blocks and dictate when and how often you commit to servicing our clients. The more you service, the higher your earning potential!
