Job Summary
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns. Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls, confirm scheduled appointments, and respond to voicemail messages, abandoned, and missed calls from customers
- Make outbound scheduling and follow-up calls to promote customer satisfaction
- Transfer calls to various departments as needed
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, resolving issues and escalating complex concerns when necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple calls simultaneously
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
