As an Online Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to visitors on our clients' websites via online chat software. You will be the first point of contact for customers, and your role will be to engage with them in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and accurate manner. Key Responsibilities

* Engage in online conversations with site visitors and respond to their queries in a prompt and accurate manner

  • Provide exceptional customer support in real-time, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently
  • Perform a variety of customer service-related tasks for the company and our clients, including but not limited to:

+ Responding to customer inquiries and concerns + Providing product information and recommendations + Resolving customer complaints and issues + Escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary

  • Utilize online chat software to engage regularly with visitors to our clients' websites and provide top-notch service in real-time
  • Manage multiple information demands coming in and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Collaborate with the Online Chat Manager to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution

Essential Qualifications

* Strong work ethic and ability to work well both independently and within a team-oriented environment

  • PC keyboarding and internet experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal
  • Upbeat, positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Basic technical skills, including the ability to navigate through smartphone and computer applications
  • Empathetic personality with a strong customer service focus

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or online chat environment
