Key Responsibilities of Remote Live Chat Agents

As a Remote Live Chat Agent, your primary role will be to manage live chat interactions for various businesses, providing top-notch customer service, answering customer queries, and offering sales links and discounts. Your key responsibilities will include:

You'll have the opportunity to work on a project-by-project basis, with flexible hours and a competitive hourly rate.

Pay Rate: $25 - $35 Per Hour

As a Remote Live Chat Agent, you'll receive a competitive hourly rate of $25 to $35, in appreciation for the crucial role you play in our clients' customer service operations and the value you add to their businesses.

Required Skills and Background

To succeed as a Remote Live Chat Agent, you'll need:

  • A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
