Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat, resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively. You will also be responsible for managing and updating customer accounts and reservations, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor with all customers, and documenting customer interactions accurately in the system.
