Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies in data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Investigate and gather information for any incomplete documents as required.
  • Implement data program techniques and procedures to uphold data quality standards.
  • Generate reports, archive completed work in designated locations, and perform routine backup procedures.
  • Scan documents and print files when necessary.
  • Uphold confidentiality and strictly adhere to data protection protocols.

Required Skills

* Proven experience in a data entry or office clerk role.

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and other data management tools.
  • Familiarity with various administrative tasks and office equipment (e.g., scanners, fax machines).
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy.
  • Excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Qualifications
