Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to potential and current Legal Shield customers. You will be the first point of contact for customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing them with a positive experience. Your role will be to ensure that customers feel valued, heard, and supported, and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide inbound customer service to potential and current Legal Shield customers via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information as necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Shift Options
We offer a range of shift options to accommodate your lifestyle and preferences:
- Full-Time Shift - Option #1: Thursday - Monday, 12:30 am - 9:00 am
- Full-Time Shift - Option #2: Tuesday/Wednesday, 12:30 am - 9:00 am; Friday - Sunday, 4:30 pm - 1:00 am
- Part-Time Shift: Saturday/Sunday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Requirements
* 1-2+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Background check required
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
Required Equipment
* A laptop or desktop PC with Windows 10 (cannot be an Apple product, Surface, or Chromebook)
- Ability to hardwire (plug-in) to your internet source with an ethernet cable
- USB headset with a noise-canceling microphone
- Webcam (external or embedded)
