Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, dispatching service technicians, and ensuring seamless communication between our team and customers. Key Responsibilities
* Dispatching service technicians according to their schedule, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
- Answering incoming service calls and adjusting technician schedules as needed to meet customer needs
- Resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Investigating concerns, routing them to the proper staff, and responding to special requirements to ensure customer satisfaction
- Matching type of service required with availability, location, and duration of service to maximize productivity, profitability, and efficiency
- Making outbound calls to keep the schedule filled and maintain the company's membership base
- Collaborating with coworkers to achieve team goals and objectives
- Educating customers on our Membership benefits to make them lifelong customers
Requirements
* Previous experience in a call center environment, with a strong focus on customer service
- Ability to type at least 70 words per minute
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for making customers happy
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong ability to think critically and solve problems
Remote Work Requirements
* arenaflex will provide a laptop and cell phone, but candidates must provide: + High-speed internet + A quiet workspace with minimal background noise
Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate of $16-$19 per hour, based on experience
- Opportunities for commission, with an average of $100-$1000+ per month
