About the Role:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers seeking to release vehicles located at body shops and/or other locations, including residences. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail will enable you to offer solutions that aid and facilitate a unique customer service experience. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to calls, emails, and chats in a professional and timely manner

  • Obtain the release of vehicles located at body shops and/or other locations, including residences, through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Utilize company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs
  • Focus on call resolution, measuring quality through knowledge, professionalism, and time to place follow-up calls
  • Expand to include Chat and Email Customer Support as needed
  • Answer and place calls in a professional manner, adhering to company standards
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications:

* One year of office support experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills and attitude, with a strong focus on building relationships and resolving issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Proficient with office equipment, including computers, phones, and software applications
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer proficiency in MS Suite, with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
  • Typing speed of 45WPM or higher
  • Professional appearance, with a strong focus on maintaining a positive and respectful demeanor
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • Bilingual skills a plus, but not required

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a similar industry, with a strong understanding of vehicle auction platforms and customer service principles

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on building relationships and resolving issues
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
  • Experience with chat and email customer support, with a strong focus on responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
