Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Service Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading by Example: Embodying arenaflex's core values and mission statement, and inspiring your team to do the same.
- Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences: Surprising and delighting clients with innovative solutions and personalized service, ensuring no one falls through the cracks.
- Managing Client Inquiries and Requests: Responding promptly to client inquiries and requests, and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinating Travel Arrangements: Managing flight changes, seat assignments, and concierge details such as spa, tour, and dinner reservations.
- Corresponding with Clients: Corresponding with clients about their preferences, arranging surprises, welcome notes, and notifying hotels of preferences before departure.
- Preparing Client Documents and Travel Tips: Preparing client documents and travel tips, advising on what should be printed, and ensuring everything is ready 3 weeks before departure.
- Assisting with Internal Coordination: Assisting with internal coordination and distributing necessary information.
- Managing Client Profiles and Bookings: Managing client profiles and bookings, and ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Serving as Backup Travel Support: Serving as backup travel support or the main point of contact during emergencies, even outside of normal office hours.
- Continuously Growing and Improving: Continuously growing in your ability to implement tools that enhance our remote workplace culture.
