What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Patient Account Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering and making phone calls: You will be the primary point of contact for patients, insurance companies, and hospital departments, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns.

What Is Required (Qualifications)
