Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting customers by answering questions and inquiries about products and services
• Troubleshooting issues and addressing questions related to orders placed by customers
• Following up with customers to ensure they have received quality customer service
• Completing after-call information and data entry to the system

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Have at least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role
• Currently reside in one of the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI
• Have reliable high-speed internet with the ability to be hard-wired
• Possess a High School Diploma

Salary and Benefits

* Salary: $12.00 per hour, with increases throughout the first year. Transitioning to a performance-based model

Work Schedule

• 15-40 hours per week
• Must be available on weekend days and between the hours of 12pm - 9pm on weekdays
