Position Overview
As an Overnight Customer Care Representative - Live Chat Support, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers through live chat, addressing their queries, concerns, and issues in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via live chat, providing accurate and timely solutions

Essential Qualifications:

- Availability of 10+ hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
