Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chatter, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a live chat assistant on the arenaflex platform, promptly addressing subscriber inquiries and fostering a positive user experience.
  • Distributing content links, sharing information about subscription options, and offering exclusive promotions to enhance engagement and aid in creator growth.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to user queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with creators to understand their needs and preferences, and providing personalized support to enhance their experience.
  • Staying up-to-date with platform updates, new features, and best practices to ensure seamless execution of duties.

Key Details

* Contract Length: Enjoy the adaptability of an open-ended contract.

  • Rate: $35 per hour.
  • Requirements:

+ Must possess a device capable of accessing social media and chat functionalities (phone, tablet, laptop). + Ability to work independently, following detailed instructions and adhering to established guidelines. + Commit to a minimum of 5 hours per week with a reliable internet connection.
