Key Responsibilities

As an Online Web Chat Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: -

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need: -

Education & Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a web chat or digital support role. -

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. -
