Job Description:

Our Information Designers play a vital role in curating and analyzing data across various domains, including Development, Finance, Product, Happiness, and Studio. As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable frameworks to handle large datasets and create data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable, efficient, and innovative software solutions for web and cloud applications - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, design, and data science, to drive a culture of learning and innovation - Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines to process and analyze complex data sets - Work with distributed systems and big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or Flink - Ensure high-quality code, documentation, and testing to meet arenaflex's standards - Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the industry, and contribute to the development of arenaflex's technical roadmap
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on web and cloud applications - Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Scala, Python) and experience with SQL - Strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and scalability principles - Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git) - Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or Flink - Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure - Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes - Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins and Ansible - Certification in a programming language or a related field (e.g., Java, Python, AWS)
