Job Responsibilities

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Serving as a patient advocate to resolve questions or concerns in a timely and compassionate manner
  • Collecting and inputting patient data into the e-Intake system with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Verifying product and service details according to regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance
  • Providing basic technical assistance and education regarding CPAP equipment to patients and families
  • Managing high-volume inbound phone calls for initial intake processes, ensuring seamless communication and resolution

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • 1 to 3 years of related work experience in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong background in customer service, with a focus on patient care and advocacy
  • Basic computer and internet skills, along with passing a typing test
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (when applicable)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the medical field and administrative record management

  • Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME)
  • Familiarity with billing reimbursement and insurance policies
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficient in medical terminology

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
