Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative – Home Service Coordinator. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building. Key Responsibilities
* Provide top-notch customer service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and visits, ensuring a 90% customer satisfaction rate
- Onboard new support experts, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of all tools, resources, and interactions to achieve high customer satisfaction
- Communicate directly with customers to resolve issues, close deals, and promote arenaflex's products and services
- Report customer interactions using electronic software tools, ensuring seamless support and follow-up to guarantee best-in-class service
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Direct Supervisor/Direct Reports
* This position reports to a Manager, Customer Care
- This position has no direct reports
Travel Requirements
* Occasionally requires temporary travel under 10% of the time
Physical Requirements
* Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, with frequent opportunities to move about
- Occasionally, there may be a need to move or lift light objects
Working Conditions
* Located in a comfortable indoor area, with rare exposure to unpleasant conditions
Minimum Qualifications
* Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
- THD/Master Reference partners should be highly motivated and skilled representatives who self-start their own initiatives to ensure objectives are met
- THD/Master Reference partners will expect partners to grasp fundamental exchanges, ranging from light home improvement and handyman work to yard and housekeeping exchanges
