Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling incoming customer questions and concerns via email and our Hubspot support portal
- Interfacing with internal sales and customer success teams to ensure pilots and existing customers receive top-notch support
- Working with the engineering team to escalate and investigate bugs and product questions
- Utilizing Notion and other tools to manage internal processes and information
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Preferred Experience

- Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to distill solutions from many sources of information
- Experience working in a customer service role
- Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
