Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Support Engineer, you'll be working closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide them with expert guidance on our cloud solutions. You'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying business opportunities, grasping key client technical concerns, and developing strategies to address technical blockers. You'll also be working with clients to demonstrate and model Google Cloud product combinations in client/partner scenarios, suggesting mix techniques, endeavor models, stages, and application infrastructure to execute a comprehensive solution using best practices on Google Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

* Work with the team to identify and qualify business potential opportunities, grasp key client technical concerns, and develop strategies to address technical blockers.

• Provide AI expertise to support the technical relationship with Google's clients, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and collaborate with product management to focus on solutions affecting client adoption of Google Cloud.
• Work with clients to demonstrate and model Google Cloud product combinations in client/partner scenarios.
• Suggest mix techniques, endeavor models, stages, and application infrastructure to execute a comprehensive solution using best practices on Google Cloud.
• Attend client sites, meetings, and other related events as needed.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Four-year certification or comparable functional experience.
• Experience in virtualization or cloud native designs in a client-facing or support role.
• Experience with large data, AI, and mathematical programming systems (e.g., TensorFlow, Python, MATLAB).

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience building AI solutions and utilizing specific AI models (e.g., deep learning, LSTM, convolutional networks).

• Experience architecting and developing software or infrastructure for mobile, distributed systems.
• Experience in data and data management as it relates to large data patterns and issues within organizations.
• Ability to rapidly advance, comprehend, and work with new emerging technologies, processes, and solutions in the cloud/IT innovation space.
