Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key areas:

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, operations management, logistics)

  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, customer service, or quality assurance
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing operational efficiency
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a related field (e.g., business, operations management, logistics)

  • Six Sigma, Lean, or other ASQ certification
  • Experience with Cargowise or similar global shipping and logistics systems
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile)
  • Experience with change management and process improvement initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and metrics to drive decision-making
