Job Details

Contract Length:

Flexible, with no fixed term, allowing you to work at your own pace and schedule.

Rate:

$35 per hour, competitive and reflective of your skills and experience.

Responsibilities:

+ Respond to live chat messages on business websites or social media accounts. + Address customer inquiries, provide sales links, and offer discounts. + Work independently, closely follow provided instructions, and have a reliable internet connection. + Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support. + Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

+ A device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions. + Strong communication and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace. + Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow.

Location:
