Job Description:
As an Entry Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You'll be responsible for inputting a high volume of data from multiple sources into our databases, verifying data, and maintaining data integrity. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter data into various systems and databases, ensuring data quality and consistency - Verify data by comparing it to source documents, identifying discrepancies, and resolving issues - Update existing data and eliminate duplicate information to maintain data accuracy and efficiency - Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested, providing timely and accurate responses - Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation and prevent data loss - Handle confidential information responsibly, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail - Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.) - Basic understanding of databases and experience with data entry software - Good command of English, both oral and written - Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
